High Temperature and Impact Absorbing Materials to be Displayed at CAMX 2024

Sparks, NV – ERG is exhibiting impact absorbing and high temperature foams at the CAMX material show September 9-12 at the San Diego Convention Center

Representatives will be on hand to answer questions about Duocel®, a patented rigid foam product produced from metal, carbon, and ceramics. High performance aerospace products based on the foam will also be on hand.

Foam and products will be on display in booth RR27 to demonstrate the abilities of this exciting material. This is a great opportunity for manufacturers and researchers to experience firsthand how open cell foam can provide a range of lightweight, high performance uses.

ERG has a team of experienced engineers to design custom foam-based products. Knowledgeable engineers can help optimize the proper foam specification and other project decisions customers may not be experienced with, ultimately reducing design and development time.

Duocel® foam features high surface area to volume ratios, making it exceptional for applications requiring high performance in small design envelopes. Duocel® also has a high strength to weight ratio, resulting in a lightweight structure with superior impact protection. This patented material offers solutions not available with traditional technologies.

If you can’t make it to the show, you can view a variety of ERG’s foam applications, along with engineering and production capabilities anytime on their website: https://www.ergaerospace.com/

All of ERG’s products are made in the United States.
